Our all shipments to U.S are sent under DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) bases. Import duties and taxes are covered by Natutui. You will never be charged additional fees, when the order received. Please note due to the U.S. customs or local carriers, occasional delays may occur.

Customs & Taxes
• USA: orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). All taxes and customs fees are included in your checkout total and covered by Natutui.
• All other countries: orders are shipped DDU Delivered Duties Unpaid), any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the customer’s responsibility. Local customs fees, VAT, or import taxes may be requested by your local authority.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on destination and chosen shipping method. It takes up to 2 days to dispatch ordered goods.
Standard delivery time to EU countries: 1-5 business days after dispatch.
Standard delivery time to non EU countries: 5-10 business days after dispatch.
Express delivery: 2-4 business days after dispatch.
Please note: delivery times may be affected by customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen delays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Returns
• You may return items within 30 calendar days from the date of order receipt.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. The return of products is the responsibility of the buyer.
• Only unworn items with intact labels, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition are accepted for return. The returned item must be unused, except when it is returned due to manufacturing defects.
• Worn items, those without labels, or with damaged packaging are not accepted.
• We do not accept the returns of the customised items, they cannot be refunded, exchanged or altered.
• If your order includes multiple items, you may choose to return one or more items from the same order without returning the entire purchase.
• Returning items must be mailed back within 30 days from the day of delivery.
• Refunds are issued only for the returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Please place a return form inside the parcel stating the order number, otherwise, we will not be able to identify the parcel.
• Refund can be done only after package is received and please ship it with registered mail that you could see when package is delivered to us.
• Pack the item to be returned, enclose the completed return request form. Please send the returned goods and the application form to: Eustilita UAB, Bijunu str. 12, LT-48399 Kaunas, Lithuania.
• Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 working days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
